Whoa. These little decadent truffles are choc-full of protein and the rich taste of chocolate, while packing in tons of nutrients and protein. So, what we have here is a little dessert that is filling and healthy, and still delicious and chocolate-y enough to satisfy any chocolate craving. Go ahead, try it! The creaminess will astound you, and as it turns out--you can't really taste the hemp.
Ingredients:
¼ cup organic hemp protein
3 tablespoons raw cacao
2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
3 medjool dates
1-3/4 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons pure maple extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
hemp seeds for rolling
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Roll into 8-10 little balls.
- Coat with hemp seeds.
- Chill in the fridge to set for at least 3-4 hours.
