1 medium banana
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened sunflower seed butter
3 dates
5 ice cubes
1/4 cup water (or more as needed)
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
optional: 1/4 of a frozen avocado..mmmm!
