Coconut Goji Macaroons
1 cup reduced-fat shredded coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 heaping tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1-1/2 teaspoons coconut oil (not melted/softened)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup goji berries
2-3 teaspoons water or more if needed
Food process, roll into little balls and enjoy! Tart, creamy and tasty.
